Gegenstand dieses Vertrags ist der Erwerb hochaufgelöster, nahtlos aneinandergrenzender und georeferenzierter 360° Panoramabilder sowie einer 3D-Punktwolke durch LiDAR, die durch die Befahrung der Straßen und Wege von München für das gesamte Befahrungsgebiet zu erstellen sind. Darüber hinaus ist ein durch die Auftraggeberin optional abrufbarer Teil der zu erbringenden Leistung die Erfassung der Art und Lage von: - Verkehrsschilder - Fahrbahnmarkierungen - Parkplätze - Baumstandorte - Straßenmobiliar - Taktile Leitsysteme - Seilhängeleuchten - Statische Schallschutzbauwerke - Querungsstellen für den Fußverkehr - Ungesicherte Querungsstellen für den Fußverkehr sowie die - Zustandserfassung- und Bewertung des Straßennetzes Das Hosting der Daten erfolgt durch den Auftragnehmer. Er stellt eine Webanwendung zur Nutzung der Daten im Browser und eine Schnittstelle oder ein Plug-In zur Nutzung in VertiGIS Studio Web, im GeoPortal München (basierend auf Masterportal), in ESRI ArcGIS Pro sowie in Smallworld GIS, Q-GIS und SAMO LIDS Explorer / SAMO LIDS Browser bereit. Ebenso Teil des Vertrages ist das Hosting und die Visualisierung eines Teils der bereits vorhandenen Straßenbefahrungsdaten. Diese liegen als Bilder mit Tiefeninformation sowie Vektordaten wie Verkehrszeichen, Fahrbahnmarkierungen, Parkplätze und Baumstandorte vor. Diese Daten liegen in der Schnittstelle 2 bzw. 3 des Befahrungsdienstleisters iNovitas AG bei der Auftraggeberin vor. Diese Befahrungen deckten jeweils ein Straßen- und Wegenetz von ca. 3.500 km (2019/20) bzw. ca. 3.900 km (2023/24) ab, was einem Speichervolumen von ca. 30 TB für beide Befahrungen entspricht.
