Lots Lot 1 — Vergabe von Planungsleistungen Energetische Sanierung Guben- Pestalozzi-Gymnasium -Turnhalle mit Gedenktafel- Los 1 Objekt- und Tragwerksplanung: Am Standort Guben (Lausitz) in der Friedrich-Engels-Straße 72, befindet sich das Pestalozzi - Gymnasium des Landkreises Spree-Neiße. Diese Einrichtung wird gegenwärtig von ca. 350 Schüler der Jahrgangsstufen 7-12 sowie 26 Lehrkräften genutzt. Um den qualitativ hohen Standard der Schule in Bezug auf Sicherheit und Funktionalität zu gewährleisten, ist es notwendig zeitnah die avisierten auszuführenden Aufgaben abzuarbeiten. Aufgrund der üblichen Nutzungszeiträume sollen, wenn möglich, die Zeiträume genutzt werden in denen kein Schulbetrieb stattfindet. Maßnahmen, die während des Schulbetriebes ausführbar sind werden gesondert ausgezeichnet. Angebot als Vertragsentwurf für die HOAI-Leistungen für die Objektplanung der Leistungsphasen 1-9 sowie die Tragwerksplanung der Leistungsphasen 1-6 für die energetische Sanierung der -Turnhalle mit Gedenktafel-. Es ist einen Stufenweise Vergabe der LP 1-3, LP 4-6 sowie 7-9 vorgesehen.
