Details
Nachdem die Planungsleistungen zum Umbau des Knotens Erich-Schlesinger-Straße/ Südring bereits teilweise beauftragt wurden, ist die rechtzeitige Vergabe der daran anknüpfenden Planungsleistungen zur Sanierung der östlichen E.-Schlesinger-Straße (Fahrbahn, Geh- und Radweg) unumgänglich erfor-derlich und nicht aufschiebbar. Der Maßnahmenteil - Sanierung der östlichen E.-Schlesinger-Straße ist im Zusammenhang mit der Bebauung des Stadthallenparkplatzes zu sehen und schließt an die dortige Investorenplanung an. Zudem ist hier die Verlegung der Bushaltestelle Mendelejewstraße geplant, welche für eine Linien- und Angebotsoptimierung der RSAG in der Südstadt unbedingt und dringend notwendig ist. Auch hier-durch entsteht ein zeitlicher Zwang die Maßnahmenrealisierung zügig vorzubereiten
Lots Lot 1 — Ausbau Kreuzungsbereich Erich-Schlesinger-Straße/ Südring - Ost (Südring bis Schwaaner Landstraße): Unmittelbar beauftragt werden die Leistungsphasen 1 und 2 der Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen sowie der Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung (Straßenbeleuchtung) und Teile der Besonderen Leistungen. Im Ergebnis der Vorplanung sollen die Leistungsphasen 3 bis 6 vorgenannter Planungsgegenstände sowie die Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke (Lph 1-6) und weitere Besondere Leistungen als optionaler Leistungsteil nachbeauftragt werden können.
