Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der gemeinsame Bedarf an Materialien (Hier: Wavin-TS-Rohr) für die Trinkwasserversorgung der vorgenannten Unternehmen der KOWAS. Das zu liefernde Material ist einem Lose zusammengefasst. Art und Umfang ergeben sich aus der beigefügten Leistungsbeschreibung. Der Zeitraum der Ausführung der Lieferungen (Lieferzeitraum) ist der 01.01.2027 bis 31.12.2027. Die Rahmenvereinbarung wird zwischen dem Lieferanten (Bieter der Ausschreibung, der den Zuschlag für das jeweilige Los erhält) und den Mitgliedern der KOWAS geschlossen. Wegen näherer Einzelheiten wird auf die Leistungsbeschreibung verwiesen.
