Lots Lot 1 — Rückbauarbeiten für Teilabbruch "Alte Kelter": Das Gewerk umfasst die Baustelleneinrichtung und Baufeldräumung, die Schadstoffsanierung insbesondere von asbest- und KMF-haltigen Bauteilen, die Entkernung und den Rückbau des Keltergebäudes einschließlich Lagerhalle/Theater und Heizungsanbau sowie den vollständigen Rückbau des Schulpavillons Moltkestraße 41 bis UK Bodenplatte Erdgeschoss. Die vorhandenen Kellerräume sind kraftschlüssig mit Flüssigboden zu verfüllen; Außenanlagen und Verkehrsflächen sind zurückzubauen bzw. zu beräumen. Ausgewählte Bauteile der Alten Kelter sind vor dem eigentlichen Rückbau selektiv und zerstörungsfrei zu demontieren, zu kennzeichnen, zu dokumentieren und für die spätere Wiederverwendung geschützt zu lagern bzw. bereitzustellen. Die übrigen mineralischen und nichtmineralischen Baustoffe sind zu separieren und einer ord-nungsgemäßen Verwertung bzw. Entsorgung zuzuführen. Ein entsprechendes Entsorgungs- und Verwertungskonzept ist vorzulegen.
