Kurzbeschreibung der Hauptpositionen LV 01 ABR_VE_01 Entkernung und Schadstoffe Haus 2 (MR 14-18) Entkernung des Dachgeschosses und Schadstoffsanierung im bewohnten Wohngebäude. Die allgemeinen Baustelleneinrichtungen werden bauseits bereitgestellt. Entkernungsarbeiten ca .: 20 m³ beweglichen Gegenständen, 183 m² elastischen Bodenbelägen, 538 m² keramischen Bodenbelägen, 528 m² Estrich, 80 Türen mit Zargen, 42 m³ nichttragenden Mauerwerkswänden, 221 m² Leichtbauwänden 166 m² Wandbelägen. Schwarzbereiche mit Schleusen- und Unterdrucktechnik. Rückzubau und Entsorgung ca: 1.288 m² Dämmstoffe, 560 m² bitumenhaltige Abdichtungen, 550 m² PAK-belasteter Gussasphalt, 1.995 m² schadstoffbelastete Putze, 1.610 m² WDVS, 400 m Rohrleitungsdämmungen. Freigabemessungen, Dekontamination und Feinreinigung auf. 1.660 m² Sanierungsflächen mit Nachweisführung und Entsorgung. Menge schadstoffbelasteten Abfälle ca. 195 t, Rückbaumaterialien ca. 110 t. Die Arbeit erfolgt in 3 Bauabschnitten
