Details

Die Stadt Osnabrück beabsichtigt die Bramscher Straße auf einer Länge von rd. 1.400 m zwischen der Julius-Schurig-Straße (nördl. Teil) und der Hansastraße (Süd) auszubauen. Mit dem Straßenausbau erfolgt eine Umgestaltung und Aufwertung der Verkehrsanlage und den Nebenanlagen. Neben der grundhaften Fahrbahnerneuerung sind Rad-, Gehwege, Multifunktionsflächen, Ausstattungen, die Oberflächenentwässerung (Versickerung), Baumstandorte und die Koordinierung mit Leistungsträgern zu berücksichtigen. Den beigefügten Auszügen aus der Entwurfsplanung, einschließlich Erläuterungsbericht, sind die umzusetzenden Planungsleistungen zu entnehmen. Die Maßnahme ist in Bauabschnitt 1-2 (nördl. Teil) und Bauabschnitt 3 (südl. Teil) unter-teilt. Die Erstellung der Planung erfolgte mit dieser Unterteilung durch zwei verschiedene Ingenieurbüros. Aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Zeichnungsbeschriftungen ist bei der Durchsicht der Projektunterlagen zur Orientierung auf die Dateinamen zu achten.

Lots Lot 1 — Ingenieurleistungen Ausschreibung und Bauüberwachung für den Straßenausbau Bramscher Straße 1.-3- Bauabschnitt (Julius-Schurig-Straße bis Hansastraße Süd): Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die örtliche Bauüberwachung zur Straßenbaumaßnahme sowie die Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 6, 8 und 9 gemäß §§ 45 ff. HOAI. Des Weiteren sind besondere und zusätzliche Leistungen nach Stunden-Aufwand anzubieten.
