Lots Lot 1 — Lieferung von Thermalorthofotos für das Gebiet der Region Hannover: 1. Hintergrund Die Region Hannover hat sich das ehrgeizige Ziel gesetzt, bis zum Jahr 2035 klimaneutral zu sein. Die energetische Sanierung des Gebäudebestandes ist ein zentraler Baustein zur Erreichung dieses Zieles. Besonders die Verbesserung der Wärmedämmung von Gebäuden bietet erhebliches Potential zur Reduzierung von CO2-Emissionen und zur Steigerung der Energieeffizienz. Um Eigentümerinnen und Eigentümer von Wohn- und Nichtwohngebäuden für mögliche Wärmeverluste und Sanierungsbedarfe zu sensibilisieren, soll eine flächendeckende Wärmebildkarte erstellt werden. Ziel ist es, durch eine visuell aufbereitete Darstellung von Wärmestrahlungsdaten eine niedrigschwellige Informationsgrundlage zu schaffen. Die interaktive Online-Karte soll es ermöglichen, den eigenen Gebäudebestand im regionalen Kontext einzuordnen und bei Bedarf weitere Schritte einzuleiten. Durch die Verknüpfung mit den Beratungsangeboten der Klimaschutzagentur Region Hannover (KSA) sowie bestehenden Förderprogrammen soll das Projekt konkrete Sanierungsmaßnahmen anstoßen. 2. Inhalte und Ablauf Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Lieferung von thermografischen digitalen Orthophotos (DOP), also verzerrungsfreien und georeferenzierten Thermografieaufnahmen, für das Gebiet der Region Hannover. Die Lieferleistung des Auftragnehmers beinhaltet die Durchführung der Befliegung inkl. Vorbereitung sowie die Übermittlung der aufbereiteten Daten.
