Details

Im Zuge der Gesamtmaßnahme sind Installations- und Montagearbeiten im technischen Anlagenbau zu erbringen. Vor Rohbaubeginn sind bestehende Gas-, Wasser- und Fernwärmeleitungen umzuverlegen, um das Baufeld für die Herstellung der Baugrube zu bereinigen. Nach Fertigstellung der Gebäudehülle sind im Bereich Heizung, Lüftung und Sanitär folgende Leistungen zu erbringen: KG 410 - Abwasser-, Wasser- und Gasanlagen: -geringfügige Installationen -Umverlegen Gas- und Wasserrohrleitungstrasse KG 420 - Wärmeversorgungsanlagen: -Montage von zwei Sole/Wasser-Wärmepumpen mit einer Gesamtleistung von 900 kW -Montage von zwei Hackschnitzelkessel mit einer Gesamtleistung von 2.500 kW -Montage von zwei Kaminzügen mit einer Gesamthöhe von 18 m sowie Abgasführung -Montage eines Wandschwenkkrans für das Kesselhaus -Montage der Fördertechnik für die Beschickung der beiden Hackschnitzelkessel -Montage von zwei Pufferspeichern mit einer Gesamtfüllmenge von 70 m³ -Montage von zwei Rückkühlwerken mit einer Gesamtleistung von 1.000 kW -Montage von drei Luft/Wasser Wärmepumpen mit einer Gesamtleistung von 50 kW für die Gebäudekühlung -Umbauarbeiten in bestehender Heizzentrale des Geb. sowie Neuaufbau der Wärmeverteilung -Das Herstellen der drei Erdsondenfelder mit insgesamt 77 Erdsondenbohrungen werden separat ausgeschrieben. Schnittstelle ist die Hauseinführung. -Die im LV enthaltenen Leistungen beziehen sich auf den Anlagenbau innerhalb des Gebäudes, inklusive Installation der Rohrleitungstrasse über einen unterirdischen Verbindungsgang bis in die bestehende Heizzentrale des Gebäude J. KG 430 - Lufttechnische Anlagen: -Montage Ex-Schutz-Ventilator -geringfügige Installationen Zur Ausführung der Leistungen sind die Anforderungen der Gemeinsamen Verwaltungsvorschrift Fremdpersonenüberprüfung vom 25.07.2017 (GABl. 2017, Seite 453) zu erfüllen. Ergänzend ist die Vergabe von 'Instandhaltungsleistungen' Gegenstand des Verfahrens.
