Lots Lot 1 — Haus- und Wohnungstüren - rit: Haus- und Wohnungstüren für eine energetische Gebäudemodernisierung in der Claudius-Keller-Str. 10-62 Energetische Gebäudemodernisierung auf einen EH55-Standard in der Claudius-Keller-Str. 10-62 in München mit baulichen Maßnahmen an der Gebäudehülle sowie Gebäudeinneren. Die Sanierungsmaßnahme umfasst 3 Gebäude aus dem Baujahr 1950 mit insgesamt 216 voll bewohnten Wohneinheiten. Die Baumaßnahmen umfassen im Wesentlichen den Fensteraustausch, die Fassade (WDVS), eine Keller- und oberste Geschossdeckendämmung, sowie Arbeiten am Dachstuhl (für PV-Anlagen) und Dachrand. Alle Arbeiten erfolgen im voll bewohnten Zustand. Kurzbeschreibung Tischlerarbeiten - Türen: Bei den bestehenden Wohnungstüren sollen Einbruchspuren oder Schadstellen an Türblättern oder Türstöcken ausgebessert werden. Bei irreparablen Beschädigungen werden die Türblätter ausnahmsweise getauscht. Die bestehenden Haustüren sollen vollständig überarbeitet werden. Grobmassen Tischlerarbeiten - Türen: 40 neue Wohnungseingstürblätter 186 neue Wechselgarnituren 27 bauzeitliche Haustüren in Rahmenkonstruktion Eiche sanieren
