Lots Lot 1 — 25.14 - Generalsanierung und Ersatzneubau OHG - Generalunternehmer: Ziel des Projektes ist die schrittweise bauliche Neuordnung und Erweiterung des Ottheinrich-Gymnasiums im laufenden Schulbetrieb. Im ersten Bauabschnitt wird der Neubau A errichtet. Im zweiten Bauabschnitt erfolgt der Abbruch der Bestandsgebäude A und N. Im Anschluss daran wird der Neubau B errichtet. Die Neubauten A und B sollen spätestens bis zu den Sommerferien 2029 fertiggestellt und nutzbar sein.
