Straßenbau: Art und Umfang 1.)Kanalanlagen Für das südliche des Wingenshof geplante neue Gewerbegebiet Kleinfeldchen sind in der an den Wingenshof angrenzenden Kapellenstraße sowie in einem Teilbereich des Wingenshof folgende Kanalanlagen herzustellen und im Leistungsumfang des Loses 1 enthalten: ca. 50 m Anschlussleitungen DN 100-DN 150 aufnehmen ca. 70 m Rohrleitungen DN 250 aufnehmen ca. 62 m Rohrleitungen DN 300 aufnehmen 4 St Regelschächte abbrechen ca. 615 m2 Oberflächenaufbruch und Oberflächenwiederherstellung ca. 50 m Rohrleitungen DN 150 ca. 23 St Anschlussleitungen umklemmen ca. 127 m Rohrleitungen DN 200 ca. 70 m Rohrleitungen DN 250 ca. 25 m Rohrleitungen DN 300 ca. 35 m Rohrleitungen DN 400 ca. 120 m Rohrleitungen DN 900 ca. 13 St Regelschachtbauwerke DN 1.000/DN 1.500 1 St Drosselbauwerk Die im Leistungsverzeichnis im Ziffer 2 ausgeschriebenen Arbeiten enthalten folgende Hauptleistungen: ca. 12.650 m3 Erdarbeiten (inkl. Leitungsgräben) ca. 13.675 m2 Fahrbahndeckenaufbruch ca. 731 m Rohrleitungen DN 300-400 verlegen ca. 2.975 m³ Schottertragschicht aus Naturgestein ca. 1.500 m³ Tragschicht mit hydraulischen Bindemitteln aufbrechen ca. 16.500 m² Verfestigung mit hydraulischen Bindemitteln herstellen ca. 16.025 m2 Asphalttragschicht aus AC 32 TS ca. 16.025 m2 Asphaltbinderschicht aus AC 16 BS SG ca. 16.225 m2 Asphaltdeckschicht aus MA 11 S Die Arbeiten sind in insgesamt 9 Bauphasen auszuführen, wobei 3 Bauphasen für die Einrichtung und den Rückbau der Verkehrsüberleitung auf der A 560 bzw. den Rückbau einer provisorischen Fahrbahnverbreiterung zur Verkehrsführung auf der B 8 dienen und die übrigen 6 Bauphasen für die Umbauarbeiten des Knotenpunktes.
