Im Rahmen des Bauvorhabens "Umbau und Erweiterung der Grundschule Perl zum freien und gebundenen Ganztag" werden auf dem Grundstück der Grundschule in zentraler Lage der Ortsgemeinde Perl mehrere bestehende Gebäude zurück gebaut. Die Rückbauarbeiten schaffen die Voraussetzungen für die anschließende Erweiterung der Grundschule sowie die Neugestaltung der Vorplätze. Die Bestandsgebäude sind überwiegend in Massivbauweise errichtet. Die Dachkonstruktionen bestehen teilweise aus Holzkonstruktionen mit unterschiedlichen Dacheindeckungen.

Lots Lot 1 — Grundschule Perl-Rückbauarbeiten: - der vollständige Abbruch von zwei zweigeschossigen, unterkellerten Doppelhäusern in der Kirschenstraße 2/4 und 12/14, 66706 Perl - der Abbruch einer rückwärtigen Garagenanlage, hinter Doppelhaus 14; 66706 Perl - der Abbruch des zweigeschossigen Feuerwehrgerätehauses einschließlich eingeschossigem Anbau und Schlauchtrockenturm, in der Hubertus-von-Nell-Straße 2; 66706 Perl - die erforderlichen Entkernungs-, Rückbau-, Sicherungs- und Nebenarbeiten, - der fachgerechte Ausbau und die Entsorgung vorhandener schadstoffbelasteter Bauteile und Baustoffe entsprechend den vorliegenden Schadstoffuntersuchungen. - die fachgerechte Trennung, Sortierung, Verladung und Entsorgung der anfallenden Abbruchmaterialien.
