Die Verbandsgemeinde Arzfeld saniert die Grundschule Daleiden. Ziel ist die energetische und funktionale Modernisierung des zweigeschossigen Bestandsgebäudes bei gleichzeitiger Umnutzung in eine Mischnutzung mit Schule, Wohnraum und Räumen für Gemeindeeinrichtungen. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Malerarbeiten.

Lots Lot 1 — Malerarbeiten: Die Verbandsgemeinde Arzfeld saniert die Grundschule Daleiden. Ziel ist die energetische und funktionale Modernisierung des zweigeschossigen Bestandsgebäudes bei gleichzeitiger Umnutzung in eine Mischnutzung mit Schule, Wohnraum und Räumen für Gemeindeeinrichtungen. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind folgende Malerarbeiten: - 500 m2 Tapeten entfernen - 500 m2 Vorbereiten vorhandener Altuntergründe durch Schleifen - 3.400 m2 Abdeckung Bodenflächen, Malerabdeckvlies, Innenflächen - 800 m2 Abkleben Fenster- und Türflächen - 1.500 m2 Abkleben Fußleisten, Innenflächen - 2.600 m2 GK Wandbekleidungen nachspachteln - 2.330 m2 GK Deckenbekleidungen nachspachteln - 3.850 m2 Innenputzoberflächen nachspachteln - 8.000 m2 Wandflächen beschichten - 2.300 m2 Deckenflächen beschichten
