Befundpreisvertrag für die Versorgung mit Blutgasanalysesystemen

Lots Lot 1 — Universalgeräte: Rahmenvereinbarung über die Miete von messkassettenbasierten Blutgasanalysesystemen für die Point-of-Care-Diagnostik an den Standorten Kiel und Lübeck des UKSH einschließlich der Lieferung der zugehörigen Messkassetten, Verbrauchs- und Qualitätskontrollmaterialien, Anbindung an die POCT-Datenverwaltung des UKSH, Wartung, Instandhaltung und Anwenderschulung. Mengengerüst: ca. 100 Geräte (Schätzmenge; Höchstmenge 250), davon ca. 50 Geräte in Bereichen der Risikoklasse 1 (Intensivstationen, Notaufnahmen - keine Unterbrechung der Messfähigkeit zulässig) und ca. 50 Geräte in Bereichen der Risikoklasse 2 (Wiederherstellung der Messfähigkeit innerhalb einer Stunde). Jahresvolumen ca. 650.000 Messungen (2025) in drei Kassettenkonfigurationen: Vollprofil (Blutgase, Elektrolyte, Metabolite, Oximetrie), Basisprofil (ohne Oximetrie) sowie Vollprofil mit Bilirubin. Die Systeme müssen mindestens 20 Proben pro Stunde verarbeiten, eine 24/7-Betriebsbereitschaft über ein vom Bieter darzulegendes Ausfall- und Servicekonzept sicherstellen und die Anforderungen der Rili-BÄK sowie der MPBetreibV erfüllen. Laufzeit 48 Monate ohne Verlängerungsoption. Lot 2 — Kinderstation / Neonatologie: Rahmenvereinbarung über die Miete von Blutgasanalysesystemen für die Kinderstationen und die Neonatologie des UKSH einschließlich Messkassetten, Verbrauchs- und Qualitätskontrollmaterialien, POCT-Anbindung, Wartung und Schulung. Mengengerüst: ca. 7 Geräte (Schätzmenge; Höchstmenge 14), ca. 20.000 Messungen jährlich (Höchstmenge 60.000). Besonderheit des Loses: Das vollständige Parameterprofil - Blutgase, Elektrolyte, Metabolite, Oximetrie und zwingend Bilirubin - muss aus einer einzigen Probe mit einem maximalen Probenvolumen von 65 µl bestimmt werden, sowohl im Spritzen- als auch im Kapillarmodus. Laufzeit 48 Monate ohne Verlängerungsoption.
