Die Sportpark Stadion Frankfurt am Main Gesellschaft für Projektentwicklungen mbH (nachfolgend auch als SSF, Auftraggeberin oder AG bezeichnet) ist eine hundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft der Stadt Frankfurt am Main. Zum Portfolio der SSF zählen unter anderem der Deutsche Bank Park und die BBBank Arena. Die Stadt Frankfurt am Main hat zudem die Steuerung der erforderlichen Maßnahmen zur Errichtung der Arena auf dem Parkplatz P9 des Deutsche Bank Parks an die SSF übertragen. Im Zuge der Weiterentwicklung der Verkehrsorganisation am Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt am Main ist vorgesehen, den bestehenden Gästebusparkplatz innerhalb des Grundstücks der SSF zu verlagern. Der neue Gästebusparkplatz sollte eine kurze und direkte Zuwegung für Gästefans zum Gästeblock schaffen und eine Vermischung der Fanlager verringern. Dafür wurde die Fläche hinter der Ostkurve für die Verlagerung des Gästebusparkplatzes im Rahmen einer Machbarkeitsstudie als geeignet identifiziert. Der neue Standort für das Gästebusparken befindet sich südöstlich des Stadions unmittelbar angren-zend an die Stadionumfahrt, Verteilerbereiche des Stadions und des Gästesektors auf einer bislang bewaldeten Fläche.

Lots Lot 1 — Verlegung des Gästebusparkens am Deutsche Bank Park - Freianlagen, Ingenieurbauwerke, Verkehrsanlagen: Basis der zu erbringenden Leistungen ist das Leistungsbild auf Grundlage der HOAI (2021) für folgende Planungsleistungen: - Objektplanung, Freianlagen: Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1-9 gemäß § 39 Abs. 3 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 11 Nr. 11.1 HOAI - Objektplanung, Ingenieurbauwerke: Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1-9 gemäß § 43 Abs. 1 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 12 Nr. 12.1 HOAI (Technische Erschließung und Medienerschließung) - Objektplanung, Verkehrsanlagen: Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1-9 gemäß § 47 Abs. 1 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 13 Nr. 13.1 HOAI zuzüglich besonderer und optionaler Leistungen.
