Zur Sicherung des Folgenutzungsstandards und zur Aufwertung der Objekte in Sondershausen beabsichtigt der Eigentümer, als Projektträger die bauliche Grundsanierung des Gebäudekomplexes „Petersenschacht“. Insbesondere betrifft dies vorhandene Schäden an der Gebäudesubstanz (Dach/Fassade), die Grundleitungen, Gebäudegründung sowie Sanierung der Fenster. Als weitere Leistung sind Planungsleistungen zur Verkehrssicherung weiterer im Eigentum der LMBV befindlichen Gebäude zu erbringen. Dies betrifft die Standorte Elbingerode, Rottleberode, Wimmelburg, Bischofferode und Wipperdorf. Es gilt der Leistungsumfang gemäß HOAI 2021 für die Leistungsbilder: - §34 Gebäude und Innenräume (Anlage 10 Punkt 10.1 HOAI) - §43 Ingenieurbauwerke (Anlage 12 Punkt 12.1 HOAI) - §51 Tragwerksplanung (Anlage 14 Punkt 14.1 HOAI)
