Lots Lot 1 — 26D610024_Polizeidirektion und Polizeirevier Leipzig: Bauaufgabe ist die Sanierung, Modernisierung und der Umbau des denkmalgeschützten Gebäudeensembles Dimitroffstraße, Peterssteinweg und Straße des 17. Juni inklusive der durch diese Bebauung umschlossenen Infrastruktur der Innenhöfe und ein Neubau. Diese komplexe Bebauung ist zur Unterbringung der wesentlichen Organisationseinheiten der Polizeidirektion Leipzig und des Polizeireviers Leipzig-Zentrum vorgesehen. Der Gebäudekomplex umschließt die Gebäudeteile A bis D (Bestandsgebäude), einen Neubau (Bauteil E) und einen Bauteil F (alle nicht einem bestimmten Gebäude zuordenbare Teile wie Außenanlagen, Innenhöfe, Gebäudeverbindungen etc.). Die Sanierung erfolgt im laufenden Dienstbetrieb. Gegenstand der Planungsleistungen sind Leistungen ab Lph 5. Weiterführende Beschreibungen siehe Vergabeunterlagen - Projektbeschreibung
