Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist die Entwicklung und Konstruktion sowie Fertigung und Inbetriebnahme eines Prüfstandes für Schweißrauchabscheider inkl. Schweißraucherzeugungseinheit zur Durchführung von Abscheidegradmessungen gemäß der Norm DIN EN ISO 21904-2:2020-06: Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz beim Schweißen und bei verwandten Verfahren - Einrichtungen zum Erfassen und Abscheiden von Schweißrauch - Teil 2: Anforderungen an Prüfung und Kennzeichnung des Abscheidegrades (ISO 21904-2:2020); Deutsche Fassung EN ISO 21904-2:2020. Dabei sind alle Projektphasen von der Konzeptionierung über die Fertigung bis hin zur Inbetriebnahme /Endabnahme zu erbringen. Die Beauftragung der Leistungen erfolgt stufenweise in den folgenden Stufen: - 1. Stufe: Entwicklung und Konstruktion einer Schweißraucherzeugungseinheit - 2. Stufe: Fertigung und Inbetriebnahme der Schweißraucherzeugungseinheit (Option) - 3. Stufe: Entwicklung und Konstruktion des Schweißrauchabscheider-Prüfstands mit Integration der Schweißraucherzeugungseinheit (Option) - 4. Stufe: Fertigung und Inbetriebnahme des Prüfstandes (Option) - 5. Stufe: Optimierungs- und Anpassungsleistungen inkl. Support und Wartung (Option)
