Vergabe der projektbezogenen Planerleistungen für den Neubau des Wasserwerks Breitmoos.

Lots Lot 1 — Ingenieurbau Planerleistungen: Auftragsgegenstand: Planung und Begleitung des Neubaus eines Wasserwerks Breitmoos mit integrierter Aufbereitungstechnik. Vergeben werden in Los 1 die 3.1 Planerleistungen Ingenieurbau / Objektplanung (Lph. 1- 9 nach HOAI) einschließlich der Leistungsbereiche 3.3 - 3.5 entsprechend der FLB einschl. der dort ausgeschriebenen besonderen Leistungen. Los 2 die Tragwerksplanung (HOAI LPH 1-6) = 3.2 FLB. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt in zwei Losen. Bietergemeinschaften können auf beide Lose Angebote abgeben. Zur Angebotskalkulation: Der Auftraggeber hat in der Vergabeunterlage "260910 Anrechenbare Kosten und Honorarzonen" die vorläufig ermittelten Kosten sowie seine unverbindliche Einordnung der Leistungen in die jeweiligen Honorarzonen nach HOAI dokumentiert. Hinweise zur Angebotskalkulation 1. Die voranstehende Einordnung in die Honorarzonen ist unverbindlich. Es steht den Bietern frei davon abweichende Einordnungen vorzunehmen. Soweit von den Honorarzonen im Angebot abgewichen wird, werden die Bieter gebeten, diese Abweichung zu begründen. 2. Die Wahl der jeweiligen Honorarspanne ist nicht zu begründen. Dies wird den Bietern anheimgestellt.

Lot 2 — Tragwerksplanung: Leistungsbeschreibung entsprechend den Vergabeunterlagen Die Leistungen des Los 2 umfassen allein den Leistungsbereich 3.2 des FLB.
