Details
Die DRK Kliniken Berlin führen ihre Standorte Mitte und Westend im Zuge der Krankenhausreform 2025 und der zunehmenden Ambulantisierung zusammen. Der Standort Mitte wird geschlossen; die vollstationäre Versorgung bleibt dort bis mindestens 2028 sichergestellt. Der Standort Westend entwickelt sich zum Maximalversorger der Versorgungsstufe Level 3 mit umfassender Notfallversorgung. Hierfür werden am Standort Westend bauvorbereitende Maßnahmen umgesetzt. Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens ist das Teilprojekt (TP) 1.5 "Zentralisierung Endoskopie am Standort Westend". Der Kostenrahmen beträgt 6.245.000 EUR brutto (KGR 200-700). Das Teilprojekt ist Bestandteil der Förderung aus dem Krankenhausstrukturfonds, der insgesamt 7 Teilprojekte mit 18 Einzelmaßnahmen umfasst.
Lots Lot 1 — Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung Medizintechnik, Teilprojekt 1.4 Zentralisierung Endoskopie: Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung gemäß § 55 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 2 bis 8, einschließlich der Erstellung der Haushaltsunterlagen gemäß AV § 24 LHO Berlin. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise. Die Vergütung erfolgt als Pauschalhonorar. Es handelt sich um eine komplexe Baumaßnahme im Bestand bei laufendem Krankenhausbetrieb, die unter Einhaltung einer engen Zeitschiene umzusetzen ist.
