Lots Lot 1 — Ext. Unterstützung Nachtragsmanagement AS Köln: Gesucht wird eine ext. Nachtragsbearbeiter/in (mit Stellvertretung) zu Unterstützung des Nachtragsmanagements bei Bauverträgen für die Außenstelle Köln. Die Leistungen der Nachtragsbearbeitung umfassen im Wesentlichen: 1.Bearbeitung von Nachträgen - technisch und baubetrieblich - bei Bauverträgen nach den Vorgaben des Handbuchs für die Vergabe und Ausführung von Bauleistungen im Straßen- und Brückenbau (HVA B-StB), sowohl vor als auch nach Abnahme. 2.Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Protokollieren von Nachtragsverhandlungen sowie Abschluss von Nachträgen inkl. Aufstellung der Nachtragsvereinbarungen nebst Nachtragsleistungsverzeichnis und Dokumentation der Nachtragsbearbeitung in Nachtragsvermerken Teil A (Formblatt 3121) und B (Formblatt 3123). 3.Erstellung von Nachtragsleistungsverzeichnissen als GAEB-Datei (DA 86). 4.Prüfung der Vergütungsansprüche aus Bauablaufstörungen. 5.Durchführung von Gemeinkostenausgleichsberechnungen. 6.Mitwirkung an Anrufungsverfahren nach § 18 Abs. 2 VOB/B. 7.Durchführung und Teilnahme an Besprechungsterminen, wie z. B. Abstimmungsgesprächen, Nachtragsverhandlungen und Anhörungsgesprächen gem. § 18 Abs. 2 VOB/B.
