In den Objekten der WBM, WBF und BEWOGE sollen Energieträgerumstellungen in den Jahren 2027, 2028, 2029 von Gas zu Fernwärme stattfinden. Hierfür sind planerische und bauliche Maßnahmen durchzuführen, wie Bestandsaufnahme der Objekte, Planung der Anlagen und ggf. Umbauten in den Stationen, Hydraulischer Abgleich usw. Die zu beplanenden Gebiete sind dabei in Planungsgebiete A und B und somit in zwei Lose aufgeteilt, Kostenkonzeption 1.563.499,84 EUR netto für Los 1 - Plangebiet A und 2.491.751,26 EUR netto für Los 2 - Plangebiet B. Mit Zuschlag wird nur die erste Leistungsstufe für die Leistungen ab 2027 beauftragt. Weitere Details enthalten die Vergabeunterlagen.
