Lots Lot 1 — Rahmenvereinbarung Filmproduktion: Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über die Erbringung von Filmproduktionsleistungen für verschiedene Fachbereiche der Berlin Partner für Wirtschaft und Technologie GmbH. Der Leistungsumfang je Abrufprojekt erstreckt sich auf: - Konzeption & Redaktion (Ideenentwicklung, Treatment/Drehbuch, Storyboard), - Vorproduktion (Projektplanung, Casting, Locations, Genehmigungen), - Produktion (Dreharbeiten inkl. Regie, Kamera, Ton), - Postproduktion (Schnitt, Tonbearbeitung/Mischung, Color Grading, Grafik/Motion Design, Untertitel/Barrierefreiheit nach Vorgabe), - Versionierung & Formatausspielungen (z.
