Lots Lot 1 — Unterhaltsreinigung: Der Auftrag wird insgesamt in drei große Lose nach Gebäuden aufgeteilt. Diese Lose werden jeweils in Fachlose nach Unterhalts- und Glasreinigung unterteilt. Hintergrund der gewählten Aufteilung ist, dass sich die Universität Siegen gegenwärtig und in der näheren Zukunft in einem nachhaltigen Umstrukturierungsprozess befindet, von dem die Mehrheit der Standorte intensiv betroffen ist. Mit diesem Vergabeverfahren werden die Leistungen für Los 2 A - Unterhaltsreinigung und Los 2 B - Glas- und Rahmenreinigung vergeben.
