Nærværende rammeaftale vedrører diagnostisk radiologi (MR-skanninger og -beskrivelser), og er opdelt i to delkontrakter. De ene delkontrakt omfatter optageområdet Aarhus Universitetshospital, Regionshospitalet Randers og Regionshospitalet Horsens, og den anden delkontrakt omfatter optageområdet Regionshospitalet Gødstrup og Hospitalsenhed Midt. Formålet med nærværende udbud er at sikre patienter en kort ventetid til MR-skanning og -beskrivelse og sikre overholdelse af Ret til hurtig udredning og Det udvidede Frie Sygehusvalg. Ordregiver ønsker derfor at indgå samarbejdsaftaler med et eller flere privathospitaler eller klinikker, der kan udføre undersøgelse og overføre billedmateriale med beskrivelse til den henvisende enhed inden for de gældende frister fra henvisningstidspunktet. Rammeaftalen vil løbe i 2 år med mulighed for forlængelse i op til 2 x 12 måneder.
