• At least one public transportation stop located within 800 walkable feet of the public entrance.
• Entire space at- or above-grade with minimum two accessible egresses.  No part of space may be below-grade.  May be above-grade only if served by at least two elevators, at least one of which functions during power outages.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
