Work includes connecting the new waterline from Dwelling 1 to the existing distribution system, replacing the well pump to provide a 15 GPM supply, installing a dual‑stage booster pump and basement water storage, and performing associated electrical upgrades such as relocating meters, burying service lines, upgrading panels, and supporting septic and booster pump systems. The project also replaces multiple septic systems serving the Blue House, Brown House, Bunkhouse, and Shop, installs new sewer and dosing infrastructure, and includes asphalt removal along with new road and gate installation.
