POLICE DEPARTMENT Invitation for Bids (IFB) (Authorised under Section 17 of the Public Procurement Act 2006) Freight Services on an ‘as and when required basis’ for a period of one year for the Police Department and renewable for another period of one year subject to satisfactory performance.

1. The Police Department is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritiusthrough the Government eProcurement System for the Freight Services on an ‘as and when required basis’ for a period of one year for the Police Department 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: POLICE/IFB/2026/2255. 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Tuesday 17 November 2026 up to 10.30 hours (Local Time). 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Tuesday 17 November 2026from 16.01 hours till Thursday 19 November 2026 up to 10.25 hours. 5. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder onThursday 19 November 2026 at 10.30 hours. The Police Departmentreserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
