Cette consultation s'effectue dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes conformément aux articles L. 2113-6 à L. 2113-8 du Code de la commande publique avec les organismes suivants : - Centre Communal d'Action Sociale - Opéra de Limoges Le coordonnateur du groupement de commandes est la Ville de Limoges. La procédure de passation utilisée est : la procédure adaptée ouverte. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 3° du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6 à 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande et à la conclusion de marchés subséquents, le cas échéant. Chaque accord-cadre sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique
