La présente consultation fera l'objet d'un accord-cadre « composite » conclu avec un seul opérateur économique, comprenant une partie traitée sous la forme d'un marché ordinaire, et une partie traitée sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande. La partie « marché ordinaire » concerne les prestations suivantes : La partie à prix forfaitaire comprend : • L’analyse des rapports d’activité du délégataire, • Le suivi annuel du contrat. La partie « accord-cadre à bons de commande » correspond à un accord-cadre avec maximum, passé en application du Code de la commande publique, qui fixe les conditions d'exécution des prestations et s'exécute au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande. Elle concerne les prestations suivantes : • L’assistance à la passation d’avenants, • L'assistance juridique en cas de recours relatif au transport public • Des études diverses à la demande du Maître d’Ouvrage • Des assistances diverses : rédaction de notes, de courriers, assistance du Maître d’Ouvrage lors de réunions auprès des instances d’Etat et autres
Lots Lot 1 — Assistance à Maitrise d'ouvrage pour le suivi et le contrôle du contrat de service public relative à la liaison maritime Fouras-Aix. (estimated 0.00): Il s'agit d'un accord cadre mono attributaires composite : - un montant maximum annuel de 10 000,00 Euros H.T , soit 40 000,00 Euros H.T sur 4 ans pour la partie unitaire à bon de commande. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 12 mois. Pour la partie « marché ordinaire », l'exécution des prestations débute à compter de la date de notification du contrat, valant ordre de commencer les prestations. Pour la partie « accord-cadre à bons de commande », les délais d'exécution ou de livraison des prestations sont fixés à chaque bon de commande conformément aux stipulations des pièces de l'accord-cadre.
