Le marché porte sur les travaux nécessaires à la restructuration de l’immeuble situé au 31 boulevard d’Athènes à Marseille. Le projet consiste en la restructuration lourde du bâtiment situé au 31 Boulevard d'Athènes à Marseille, un ancien hôtel construit à la fin du XIXe siècle. L'objectif est de transformer cet immeuble en un espace tertiaire moderne, accueillant diverses entités du Rectorat de Région Académique Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. Le projet vise à optimiser les espaces, améliorer les performances énergétiques, et répondre aux normes de sécurité et d'accessibilité en vigueur. La consultation est constituée de 8 lots.
