La présente consultation est lancée suivant la procédure : Appel d'offres ouvert - articles R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à 5 du Code de la commande publique. Elle a pour objet l'achat de matériels topographiques et maintenance de matériels topographiques du parc existant : NCA et Eau d'Azur disposent actuellement du parc de matériels topographiques composé de stations totales, de niveaux et de récepteurs GNSS de la marque Leica. Les traitements des données brutes sont réalisés avec le logiciel Leica Géo Office, Covadis Calculs, AutocadMap et Covadis 2D/3D pour le traitement de dessin assisté par ordinateur (DAO). L'objectif principal de la Métropole Nice Côte d'Azur et d'Eau d'Azur est de poursuivre et d'avoir une flotte homogène de matériels topographiques interchangeables et parfaitement compatibles.
