L'objet du présent marché consiste à mettre en oeuvre la phase opérationnelle de la procédure globale d'aménagement foncier agricole et forestier afin d'améliorer les structures foncières, sur la commune de SAINT MARTIAL SUR NÉ. Cette prestation se déroulera en trois étapes définies comme suit : - Tranche ferme : Étape opérationnelle de l'aménagement foncier. - Tranche optionnelle n°1 : Réalisation d'une étude d'impact. - Tranche optionnelle n°2 : Assistance devant la juridiction administartive compétente. Cette opération a fait l'objet d'une précédente consultation déclarée sans suite pour redéfinition du projet. L'avis de publicité a été publié au BOAMP n°24-88115 et au JOUE n°S145/2024 le 25/07/2024. Cette opération a également fait l'objet d'une précédente consultation déclarée sans suite pour contrainte budgétaires. L'avis de publicité a été publié au BOAMP n°24-129069 et au JOUE n°S223/2024 le 14/11/2024.
