La consultation a pour objet de conclure un accord-cadre mono-attributaire s'exécutant au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande concernant des travaux de revêtements en enrobés de différentes voies, parkings et espaces publics, sur le territoire de Brest métropole, exécutés par Brest métropole et/ou la SPL Eau du Ponant. En application des articles L.2113-6 à L.2113-7 du Code de la commande publique, la consultation est passée dans le cadre du Groupement de commande permanent pour les besoins récurrents. Brest métropole est coordonnateur de ce groupement de commandes.
