La consultation a pour objet la réalisation de prestations d'impression de documents ou supports de communication. Les prestations de l'accord-cadre sont exécutées par l'émission de bons de commande successifs selon les besoins. Chaque bon de commande précise les prestations décrites dans l'accord-cadre dont l'exécution est demandée et en détermine la quantité. En application des articles L.2113-6 à L.2113-7 du Code de la commande publique, la consultation est passée dans le cadre du Groupement de commande permanent pour les besoins récurrents. Brest métropole est coordonnateur de ce groupement de commandes. En application de l'article L. 2112-2 du code de la commande publique, l'accord-cadre qui sera conclu à l'issue de la présente consultation contiendra des conditions d'exécution ayant pour objet la protection de l'environnement.
