La présente consultation concerne l'accord-cadre, passé en application des articles L. 2125-1 1° et R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-12 du Code de la commande publique, et son premier marché subséquent. L'accord-cadre, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 50 000 000,00 euro(s) H.T pour toute sa durée, attribué à 5 titulaires maximum, est conclu pour une durée courant à compter du 1er janvier 2027 (ou de sa date de notification si postérieure) jusqu'au 31 décembre 2029. Il donnera lieu à la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Les marchés subséquents pourront revêtir toutes les formes notamment marché ordinaire ou accord-cadre à bons de commande.
