Accord cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande avec seuil maximum de commandes en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R.2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Chaque lot constituant un accord-cadre conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an : Lots 1 - 2 : à compter du 01/01/2027 ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure, Lot 3 : à compter du 03/01/2027 ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure. Chaque lot est reconductible 4 fois par période de 12 mois.
