Il s'agit d'un accord cadre multi attributaires avec montant maximum exprimé en kilomètres commerciaux et passé en application des articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-12 du Code de la commande publique. Le montant maximum de l'accord cadre est fixé à 200 000 000 de Kilomètres commerciaux. L'accord cadre donnera lieu à la conclusion de marchés subséquents. L'accord cadre fixe le cadre global et les conditions de remise en concurrence ultérieures des marchés subséquents qui pourront porter sur des lignes régulières, des navettes (travaux, évènementielles...) , des transports à la demande, des lignes scolaires. L'accord-cadre multi attributaires sera attribué à 8 entreprises maximum sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres. Les 8 titulaires seront systématiquement remis en compétition lors de la survenance du besoin sur la base d'un marché subséquent. Les titulaire de l'accord cadre n'ont aucun droit acquis à la conclusion de marchés subséquents. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 8 ans à compter du 01/03/2027 ou de sa date de notification si elle est postérieure. La valeur estimée indiquée correspond au kilométrage maximum sur la durée de l'accord cadre. A titre indicatif, en 2025, il y a eu 9 452 477 KmC roulés pour un montant de 35 778 591 euro(s) HT. On compte aujourd'hui 76 lignes, 27 scolaires et 3 TAD. Les montants de l'accord cadre comprennent les prestations similaires envisagées
