La présente consultation a pour objet la réalisation de travaux d'adaptation, de rénovation et d'amélioration des salles de bains du patrimoine d'Habitats de Haute-Alsace, principalement dans des logements occupés. Les prestations visent notamment le remplacement de baignoires par des douches accessibles, l'installation d'équipements favorisant le maintien à domicile et l'adaptation des équipements sanitaires aux besoins des personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite. Les prestations sont susceptibles d'être réalisées sur l'ensemble du patrimoine géré par Habitats de Haute-Alsace, composé d'environ 10 000 logements répartis dans 112 communes du département du Haut-Rhin ; les logements concernés peuvent comporter des matériaux ou produits contenant de l'amiante ou du plomb. Les candidats devront disposer des qualifications, formations et moyens nécessaires pour intervenir dans le respect de la réglementation applicable à ces risques. Le contrat est passé sous la forme d'un accord-cadre multi-attributaire conclu avec trois titulaires. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande, dans les conditions prévues au CCAP
