L'opération porte sur la réhabilitation globale de deux immeubles d'habitation collectifs construits en 1968, comprenant 80 logements répartis sur cinq cages d'escaliers. Les travaux seront réalisés en site occupé. Les objectifs principaux de l'opération sont : - l'amélioration significative de la performance énergétique des bâtiments avec atteinte minimale de l'étiquette C du DPE ; - la réalisation des travaux d'accessibilité et l'adaptation des logements au vieillissement ; - la mise en sécurité des bâtiments (sécurité incendie, électrique et physique) ; - l'amélioration du confort des occupants et la valorisation du patrimoine.
