Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande sans minimum et avec montant maximum annuel. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter de sa date de notification. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de la période de reconduction est de 1 an.
