La présente consultation concerne les travaux majeurs et la maintenance des chaudières de production d'énergie de l'unité de valorisation énergétique de la SPL C'CTV et de la centrale de cogénération biomasse de la SPL CME. Elle donnera lieu, pour chaque lot, à la conclusion d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande et à marchés subséquents, conclu sans montant minimum et avec montant maximum. Les bons de commande concerneront principalement des prestations de maintenance et de petits travaux ponctuels et seront émis directement par la SPL C'CTV ou la SPL CME. Les travaux majeurs annuels seront attribués par marchés subséquents
