Définition des travaux de voirie niveau 2 : des accords-cadres à bons de commandes permettant d'assurer les travaux d'entretien et de gros entretien le cas échéant, jusqu'à 900 000,00 euro(s) HT, par bons de commande, sachant que chaque rue est à considérer comme une unité distincte. Des travaux de gros entretien pourront faire l'objet d'opérations séparées si la nature des prestations et la technicité à mettre en oeuvre le requièrent. De façon ponctuelle et exceptionnelle, pour des raisons techniques, administratives ou d'urgence d'intervention, le titulaire du présent accord-cadre pourra être amené à réaliser des prestations sur l'ensemble du territoire de la Métropole Rouen Normandie, notamment en cas de défaillance du titulaire sur un autre lot
