La présente consultation concerne un accord-cadre à marchés subséquents pour les travaux d'infrastructure sur le territoire de Coeur d'Essonne Agglomération. Les prestations sont réparties en 2 lots. Il sera attribué à un maximum de 5 opérateurs économiques (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres). Chaque lot fait l'objet d'un accord-cadre attribué à plusieurs opérateurs économiques. Cet accord-cadre est conclu pour un groupement de commande dont le coordonnateur est Coeur d'Essonne Agglomération qui procède à la passation du présent accord-cadre. Les membres du groupement, qui assurent chacun pour leur part, l'exécution de leurs besoins, sont les suivants : Régie publique Eau Coeur d'Essonne et Coeur d'Essonne Agglomération. L'accord-cadre à marché subséquent sans minimum et avec maximum est passé en application des articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-12 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre est conclu à compter du 1er janvier 2027, ou à sa date de notification si le présent contrat est notifié postérieurement au 1er janvier 2027, jusqu'au 31 décembre 2027. Il est renouvelable 3 fois par période annuelle successive. A titre indicatif et non contractuel, l'estimation de l'accord cadre est de 22 000 000 euros HT par an pour l'ensemble des lots
