La date de commencement des prestations indiquée ci-dessus est prévisionnelle. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. La Communauté d'Agglomération du Pays Ajaccien (CAPA) est l'Autorité Organisatrice de la Mobilité sur son territoire. Elle organise plusieurs services de mobilité dont le réseau de bus Muvistrada, la navette maritime Muvimare et le transport par câble ANGELO. Le présent marché a pour objet de retenir un prestataire chargé de réaliser, pour le compte de la CAPA, des campagnes de contrôle qualité sur les services de mobilité mentionnés ci-dessus. Les contrôles peuvent être programmés par vagues périodiques ou déclenchés ponctuellement par ordre de service
