Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet l'exécution de prestations de secours d'urgence aux personnes, de tenue de dispositifs prévisionnels de secours, ainsi que de prestations de sécurité et de prévention incendie lors de manifestations, rassemblements publics, fêtes institutionnelles ou pour la surveillance d'établissements gérés par la Commune. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs au sein du présent avis correspondent aux montants maximum annuels HT.. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour un an renouvelable 3 fois. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans
