La révision du PLU de la Ville vise à le faire évoluer en résonnance avec les nouveaux enjeux et besoins du territoire communal et intercommunal, qu’ils soient urbains, économiques, sociétaux, environnementaux ou patrimoniaux. Elle sera conduite en intégrant les prescriptions des autres documents réglementaires, stratégiques ou de programmation applicable sur la commune et sur le territoire de Nîmes Métropole mais également dans un rapport de compatibilité avec les récentes évolutions législatives relatives aux documents de planification urbaine.
