Dans le cadre de l'organisation de l'Arbre de Noël 2027, l'AGOSPAP souhaite acheter au maximum 93.000 (quatre-vingt-treize mille) places de spectacle. Montant maximum : 744.000 (sept cent quarante quatre mille) euros TTC (hors la prestation supplémentaire éventuelle). Le prix de la place de spectacle ne doit pas être supérieur à 8 (huit) euros TTC. L'Agospap s'engage à acheter 89 000 (quatre-vingt-neuf mille) places de spectacle dès la notification du marché (tranche ferme) et éventuellement 4 000 (quatre milles) places supplémentaires que l'AGOSPAP affermira à sa discrétion au plus tard le 30 septembre 2027 par tranche de 1000 places (tranches optionnelles).
