La présente consultation est passée en application des articles R.2124-2,R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la Commande Publique du 1er Avril 2019. Le présent marché d'assistance au Maître d'ouvrage amiante (AMO) a pour objet l'accompagnement de PARTENORD HABITAT dans l'opération de réhabilitation de 48 logements collectifs situés à Houplines, avenue Georges Baert. Il s'agit d'une mission d'assistance technique au Maitre d'Ouvrage en matière de gestion du traitement de l'amiante ne pouvant être assimilée à une mission de Maitrise d'oeuvre, de diagnostiqueur amiante ou de contrôleur technique selon la loi Spinetta du 4 janvier 1978. Le marché est un marché de services conclu à prix forfaitaire. Les prix sont révisables selon les modalités indiquées dans l'AE-CCP. Les prestations font l'objet d'une tranche unique. La durée prévisionnelle de 50 mois indiquée au présent avis regroupe englobe les phases études, travaux et l'année de garantie de parfait achèvement. La date prévisionnelle de commencement d'exécution des prestations est décembre 2026. La date prévisionnelle de commencement d'exécution des travaux est fixée au troisième trimestre 2028. L'enveloppe prévisionnelle travaux est de 3 883 748,00 euro(s) HT Les travaux s'effectueront en milieu occupé. Les variantes ne sont pas autorisées
